This Privacy Policy aims to explain how Pixly.Design may collect, store, process, share, transfer, and handle User’s Personal Data during the use of the Platform. This Privacy Policy applies to User’s Personal Data when visiting, browsing, using, or purchasing anything on the Platform and does not apply to websites, platforms, or services not owned or controlled by Pixly.Design, including partner sites and services.
1. COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Pixly.Design collects all the information entered by the User on the Platform, such as registration data, survey and poll responses, etc. In summary, Pixly.Design collects all the information actively provided by the User when using the Platform. The User is aware that they provide this information consciously and voluntarily.

The User understands and agrees that the Platform is accessible through search services, and pages with usernames and content published by users may be indexed. Therefore, the removal of personal data and other User information must be requested directly from the respective search services. Pixly.Design is not responsible for any measures in this regard.
The User authorizes the use of their personal image, including photos, videos, screenshots of conversations, and others, for the purpose of real testimonial disclosure about the same regarding the
services and products provided by Pixly.Design, including marketing and promotional materials, both online and offline, without any compensation.
Pixly.Design takes reasonable measures to protect the security and confidentiality of User information. However, the User acknowledges that no data transmission or storage system is completely secure. Therefore, Pixly.Design cannot guarantee the absolute security of User information.
Pixly.Design retains User information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
The User has the right to access, correct, update, or delete their Personal Data held by Pixly.Design. For any inquiries or requests regarding Personal Data, the User can contact Pixly.Design’s customer support.
By using the Platform, the User agrees to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. If the User does not agree with this Privacy Policy, they should refrain from using the Platform. Pixly.Design reserves the right to update or revise this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on the website. It is the responsibility of the User to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
2. USE AND PROCESSING OF INFORMATION
All registered and collected information on the Platform is used for the execution of its activities, to enhance the user browsing experience on the Platform, and for advertising purposes.
It is important to note that the Platform may contain links to other pages, including those of partners, which have privacy policies different from those stated in this Privacy Policy. Pixly.Design is not responsible for the collection, use, sharing, and storage of your data by those responsible for such pages outside its platform.
3. SHARING OF INFORMATION
Pixly.Design may share the data collected through the Platform: (i) with its clients and partners when necessary or appropriate for the provision of related services; (ii) when necessary for the business activities of Pixly.Design; (iii) to protect the interests of Pixly.Design in any type of conflict, including legal actions; (iv) in the case of transactions and corporate changes involving Pixly.Design, in which case the transfer of information will be necessary for the continuity of the company; (v) by court order or at the request of administrative authorities with legal competence to make such a request.
4. STORAGE OF INFORMATION
The information provided by the User on the Platform will be stored by Pixly.Design on its own servers or on servers contracted by it, either domestically or internationally.
Pixly.Design employs all reasonable market efforts to ensure the security of its systems in safeguarding such data, such as: (i) the use of standard and market methods to encrypt and anonymize collected data; (ii) the use of software protection against unauthorized access to Platform systems; (iii) authorization of access only to individuals located where the information is stored; (iv) internal policies for maintaining information security; (v) entering into agreements with employees who have access to User information to establish an obligation to maintain the absolute confidentiality of accessed data, under penalty of civil and criminal liability in accordance with Brazilian law. However, due to the nature of the Internet itself, it is not possible to guarantee that malicious third parties will not succeed in unauthorized access to User information.
Pixly.Design and its suppliers use various security procedures to protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of your Personal Data, preventing any potential damage from the processing of this data.
5. DELETION OF INFORMATION
The User may request Pixly.Design to have the information mentioned in this Privacy Policy deleted via email. Pixly.Design will make every effort to fulfill all deletion requests as soon as possible. Such deletion will prevent further access by the User. Pixly.Design will respect the minimum storage period for certain information, as determined by Brazilian law, even if the User requests the deletion of such information.

If the User does not agree to these terms, they should refrain from using the Platform.
